I joined as a consultant and luckily my induction was completely hands-on in a steel plant in India. My first job, I literally had goosebumps but once I got the hang of the Greaux implementation methodology and my ability to implement and drive change there was no looking back. In a years’ time I was heading projects in Malaysia and India across Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Sales. There was no limitation of industry or function since all had the common change management theme at their core. I promise that this journey will be no lesser than any entrepreneurial streak.
